Deputy Director of Programs at EPIC

Mitchell currently serves on the Heritage University Board of Trustees and joins the ICW Board as an "institutional member." Mitchell is a graduate of Central Washington University and received his Master of Educational Administration from Heritage College. As a past teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent of human resources with the Yakima School District, Mitchell brings valuable knowledge of the needs of students and their social as well as educational needs to the ICW Board.
