Competition is global - and intense. Our economic future depends on a diverse and highly educated workforce. Washington's independent colleges and universities can help create it. By providing broad-based, academically rigorous learning, these institutions prepare students for exciting careers that benefit not just themselves, but the state, the nation - and the world.

The 10 members of Independent Colleges of Washington (ICW) deliver education of the highest quality. Each is an accredited independent college or university committed to the development of the whole student. Diverse in programs, missions, and geographical locations, they serve many needs and make valuable contributions to their communities.

ICW works to ensure that a high-quality, independent higher education is affordable to everyone who wants it. Since our foundling in 1953, we have raised more than $55 million for our member schools and their students.

To learn more, take a look at our Annual Report and Invest in Washington Brochure.

To invest in Washington's future directly, contact the ICW Development Office or you can give with your credit card here. ICW is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.
